 Neil Shaw is approaching his ten year anniversary with Merit Construction Northwest. Neil, Project Manager, has continued to further his education and knowledge in LEED Building and received his LEED AP BD+C Accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System (LEED). LEED is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of environmentally sustainable buildings.
 Our Business Development Manager, Tom Motland & Project Manager, Neil Shaw are proud to have become Certified Church Consultants. This was accomplished through working with the National Association for Church Design Builders. When combined with our unprecedented experience in church construction it makes MCNW the logical place to begin your next church project!

MCNW is excited to be part of the reclamation of the Mountaineers Tacoma Branch Clubhouse. The existing clubhouse will be taken down to its cement floor slab and block walls; rebuilt as a two story building with three separate meeting rooms, an office/bookstore, larger kitchen and bathroom facilities, more storage and additional improvements. We recently participated in a unique ground breaking ceremony with the Mountaineer members and share the enthusiasm to rebuild for the NEXT 100 Years! Crews broke ground in February and the Clubhouse will be reopening in early summer.
America's Credit Union branches are continuing to sprout up all around. They will be having the Grand Opening in May at the recently completed Yelm branch. We have built a wonderful relationship with staff members at ACU and look forward to continuing to work together.
