Columbia Presbyterian has chosen Merit Construction Northwest for their church addition and renovations in Vancouver, Washington. We are partnering with BCRA Architects on this team-build project.

21 Ways Retail - Merit Construction Northwest is currently constructing a 5,250 square foot wood framed structure for 21 Ways Retail, located in Federal Way, Washington. The building shell is an exterior stucco finish, with exterior metal panel and stone accents. Along with the building, all site work was completed by MCNW, including a new storm system, sewer and water tie-in, and provisions for a second pad ready to build on this site.

Columbia Bank Operations Annex Center - This project includes a complete demolition of interior and exterior structural components with a full interior renovation to accommodate many facets of the financial operations. The existing 28,515 square foot structure is being retrofitted with a pre-engineered roofing system as well as new exterior sheet metal, and installation of emergency backup power. All MEP systems are being upgraded to current standards, including data and communication systems. Site work upgrades include sidewalks, asphalt, and landscaping, fencing and off-site improvements. This project is scheduled for completion and occupation in May 2013.

B708 Repair Warehouse Building – We have successfully completed the intensive renovation of the historical building located on JBLM. The building is currently being occupied by Boeing Spares Support.

Columbia Bank – 9th Floor Tenant Improvement - We have begun another tenant improvement project for Columbia Bank at the Columbia Bank Center Building. The 9th floor of the facility is being remodeled to allow for additional administration staff to be together, in one location. When completed, the facility will have all new interior finishes, along with new lighting, doors and some additional fire protection. Since this is a shared floor and occupied building, it will remain occupied during construction. This will require coordination with the other tenants in order to keep the facility operational during construction process.
