Merit Construction Northwest is a family oriented construction team committed to improving the surrounding community with sustainable construction practices. We have completed a number of projects that incorporate Green Construction Techniques and we have LEED Accredited staff that analyze immediate and long term environmental benefits.
Our commitment does not stop on the design board, but continues during all phases of construction where we recycle and reclaim existing building materials when possible and make the protection of the surrounding environment a top priority.
We added Northwest to our name because it emphasizes who we are and the commitment we have to our surrounding community. Over the years we have seen new phrases like Green Construction and new accreditations like LEED Certifications, but Merit Construction Northwest has been incorporating these techniques for many years not only because it make sense, but also because it helps to define our values and the way we conduct business.
