This project was built on an old fueling station site located on Joint Base Lewis McChord. Merit Construction worked hand in hand with the Fort Lewis Public Works Environmental Division to provide monitoring and abatement of contaminated soils. Construction then commenced of the single story 11,445 SF wood framed structure. The exterior finishes consist of brick veneer, stucco, lap siding and a standing seam metal roof assembly. The interior finishes include custom cabinetry, smooth wall finishes, tile flooring, operable partitions, security systems, banking systems, and furniture.

Over the years Merit Construction has consistently provided superior construction of many of our branches as well as performing a full scope for us when a remodel was requested or branch maintenance was needed. Merit was more than helpful in answering any questions prior to the start of the project and continued to educate and provide solutions throughout the building of this branch.
