Built for Growth: Building a Career at Merit with Miles Langer

Miles joined the Merit team in January 2020, right at the time Merit was transitioning ownership from the Zarelli family to Tammy Birklid. He joined the team as an equipment manager and over the past 5 years has worn many different hats, evolving his role to take on more responsibility on the construction site, learning new skills, and starting the apprenticeship program.
