Merit Construction provided pre-construction services with the owner and architect through our team-build process and provided construction services to complete this 46,747 SF remodel and addition of an existing high school facility. Through collaboration with the owner and architect, the project is has achieved LEED Silver accreditation. The existing gyms were refurbished and offer a variety of sporting activities along with audio visual and sound systems for large community events. The gyms are connected to the new structure that houses the administrative and activity areas. Merit was able to salvage the wood on the existing bleachers and use it for wall paneling and trim.
