Built for Growth

Built for Growth is a full-circle moment, paying tribute to the first campaign we ran in 2020, Built on Character. It celebrates our perseverance over the past five years. It not only revisits the essence of “character,” which is fundamental to Merit, but also introduces the element of growth. It communicates that growth is intrinsic to who we are – adaptable, changeable, evolutionary, and innovative. We are built to last and are on a trajectory of steady, sustainable growth. We are constantly growing in various forms.   

Throughout 2025, we will be sharing employee stories and milestones, highlighting clients and subcontractors who are growing and evolving alongside Merit, and investing back into our community. We hope you follow along on this journey!
