Camp Murray - CST Ready Building

The CST Ready Building project consisted of the construction of a new 2,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) for the Washington Military Department's Civil Support Team. Designed to support the team's operational readiness, the facility includes two vehicle storage bays for the mobile laboratory along with dedicated accessory workspace.

During construction, the project team encountered unforeseen underground concrete and utility infrastructure remaining from a previously existing wash station. Through proactive coordination and efficient problem-solving, these unexpected site conditions were successfully addressed while maintaining project progress.

The completed facility provides a durable, functional space that enhances the Civil Support Team's ability to securely store equipment and respond quickly when called upon.
