Locker Room Enovation
The Federal Way Community Center Locker Room Renovation was a complete remodel of the existing locker room. When the Federal Way Community Center discovered significant water damage throughout the facility in 2020, plans were put into motion to renovate the locker room and prevent any further damage. Five years later, and our team is proud to have completed this extensive renovation for the people of Federal Way and their beloved community center.
Scope of work included repairing and replacing steel stud framing, concrete flooring, and floor drains; installing new tile, paint, lockers, flooring, fixtures, and accessories; and updating plumbing, electrical, lighting, and fire protection systems. The project also featured the installation of a new sauna system.
