New Employee Lounge Area on the Lower Floor
Merit Construction partnered with longtime client Talking Rain Beverage Company to deliver a tenant improvement renovation for a newly acquired 30,000+ SF facility. The comprehensive remodel included the addition of new restrooms, a commercial kitchen, and multiple boardrooms, along with building-wide cosmetic upgrades such as new flooring, ceiling tile, and paint. Mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems were also upgraded to support the refreshed space.
Extensive coordination with the client was critical to meeting an expedited schedule. Our team was able to coordinate construction so Talking Rain could operate the top floor while work continued on the lower level, minimizing disruption and maintaining business continuity.
