Union Ave Pediatrics
Merit Construction renovated this existing tenant space into a new pediatrics office using as many existing walls and materials as possible, in order to reduce costs and to minimize the impact to adjoining tenants. Merit provided value engineering ideas to improve sound control and minimize long term maintenance and operations costs. This project was completed for less than the original project estimate.
