Wilco Farm Stores (Bremerton)
Merit Construction worked together with BCRA in completing this renovation of an existing 21,897 SF retail space, including the addition of a 429 SF Grooming & Cage Wash Area, 5,967 SF Greenhouse, 17,000 SF Outside Sales Area and a Pull-Thru Load-Out Canopy. Upgrades to the existing building included new framed entry façade, with new canopies at each side, new storefront window system with CMU wainscot. Near the end of the project, work was done with Wilco Farm Stores employees onsite, accepting inventory and coordinating a grand opening, requiring intricate planning and purposeful use of space to meet all the clients’ objectives and timelines.
