WSECU - Puyallup

The WSECU Tenant Improvement project transformed and expanded the existing credit unit branch within a multi-tenant building, increasing its footprint from 1,872 SF to 2,875 SF through the integration of adjacent tenant space.

A key challenge was maintaining uninterrupted banking services throughout construction. To achieve this, the project was carefully executed in two phases within an occupied facility. Credit union operations were temporarily relocated to one side of the branch while renovations were being completed on the other. Once the first phase was finished, operations shifted into the newly renovated area, allowing construction to proceed in the remaining space without disrupting normal business.

Through detailed planning, close coordination with subcontractors, and phased execution, the project successfully delivered an expanded, modernized branch while ensuring continuous service for members and staff.
